AGENDA ITEM CLEAN WATER SERVICES BOARD OF DIRECTORS Reference No: CWS MO 26-52 Meeting Date: August 25, 2026 Status: APPROVED Agenda Category: CONSENT AGENDA CPO: Department(s): Clean Water Services Presented by: Lisa Huntington, Natural Systems Enhancement & Stewardship Director Award Task Order No. 4 to Price Agreement to Wolf Water Resources, Inc. Agenda Title: for Design Services for Exposed Sewer Multi-Site Repairs Project No. 7355 REQUESTED ACTION: Award Task Order No. 4 to Price Agreement to Wolf Water Resources, Inc. for design and permitting services for the Exposed Sanitary Sewer Multi-Site Repairs Project No. 7355 in an amount not to exceed $483,581 SUMMARY: This project contains two sites where Clean Water Services (CWS) sanitary sewer structures have become exposed in streams. The project is needed to protect the health of people and the environment by reducing the risk of a sanitary sewer overflow. On a tributary to Cedar Mill Creek north of NW Rex Court, there is erosion surrounding a sanitary sewer manhole, additional manholes, sewer mains, and laterals in the creek corridor, and the existing pipe must be rehabilitated or replaced. On a tributary to Golf Creek west of SW 87th Avenue, erosion is exposing a sanitary sewer manhole, a main, and two laterals in the creek corridor, and the existing pipe must be rehabilitated. This task order will cover design and permitting services. The work will include evaluating alternatives for each site. CWS will closely coordinate the work with the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District, which owns property in the study area. CWS considered two consultants under the existing price agreement for this task order. Based on specialized experience and technical competence, availability, familiarity with the project area, and magnitude and complexity of the project services, CWS recommends Wolf Water Resources for award. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Community Feedback (Known Support/Opposition): CWS staff have spoken to a few neighbors during initial site visits and will conduct formal community engagement as part of the project. CWS also will obtain permits of entry and easements.
