How do Team users and invitations work?
The account starts with two users; online signup supports 2–100 users. One designated account owner adds or removes team members, enters the company name, and invites coworkers after checkout. Active members and pending invitations both count toward the number of users purchased.
Are Team Watchlists and activity shared?
No. Each person has a private Watchlist, read status, and feedback for material changes. Team does not make this activity visible to coworkers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact Waterline IQ and we will help move an active subscription between Individual and Team.
What happens when I add or remove Team users?
Adding a user may create a charge for the remaining portion of the current month. Removing unused users lowers the next monthly bill; it does not create a credit for the current month.
What geography and infrastructure are covered?
Waterline IQ focuses on selected Oregon public water infrastructure. Coverage is expanding and is never presented as complete. Review current coverage and methodology.
