“The Project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of approximately 5,500 lineal feet of 16-inch diameter ductile iron water transmission main along SE Bluff Road, between the intersections of SE Proctor Road and SE Hudson Road, in a combined trench with a 3- inch diameter, PVC fiber conduit, the required pipe and conduit appurtenances. Owner’s Engineer estimates the cost of this Project to be in the range of $3.8 million to $4.2 million.”
